Jeanne’s coaching goes beyond writing workouts and demonstrating technique (though she does both with an eye toward strength, progress, and safety). She takes a whole person approach to this work and is honest, compassionate, and encouraging. She makes sure I understand the why behind each exercise cycle, and adapts the programming to account for real life alongside my workout goals.
